Cancellation Policy

All reservations not cancelled at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival (defined as 4:00 pm local time 2 days prior) will be the responsibility of the guest. Cancellations received within the 48-hour period or a “no show” will incur total amount of night’s room and tax charge to be assessed to the credit card on file. Please provide notice of cancellation before 4:00 pm 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of total night’s room & tax.

**Holiday and Special Events (Takeovers) require a non-refundable prepayment 3 days prior to arrival. No early departures are allowed. Reservations are completely non-refundable within 2 days of arrival. Events include but are not limited to: New Years Eve, Lusty Lovers Valentines, Spring Fling, Swingers Break (Memorial Weekend), Big Bang Weekend, Swingers Gone Wild (Labor Day), & HallowSwing.**
